SoloStage collects no personal data. No account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking in the app. Your library stays on your tablet.

Who we are
SoloStage is made by Story Tailors, LLC, 852 Franklin Ave #154, Franklin Lakes, NJ 07417, USA. This policy covers the SoloStage app and this website.
What stays on your tablet
Everything you put into SoloStage is stored in the app's private storage on your device:
- sheet music (PDFs, images and camera scans)
- backing tracks and their settings
- annotations, page turns, score marks and setlists
- your app settings
We never receive any of it. Uninstalling the app deletes it, unless you saved a backup somewhere yourself.
Camera
SoloStage uses the camera only when you photograph sheet music to add pages. The photos are saved into your library on the tablet and are never uploaded.
Online lookup (only when you ask)
When you tap Look up online on a piece, SoloStage sends that piece's title and artist to MusicBrainz, an open music database run by the MetaBrainz Foundation, together with the app's name and version. Like any website, MusicBrainz also sees your device's IP address. See the MetaBrainz privacy policy. Nothing is sent unless you tap the button, and the app works fully offline without it.
Sharing and backups
When you share a setlist or save a backup, the file goes only where you send it, through your device's own share or save options. We don't receive a copy.
App stores
Google Play and the Apple App Store handle downloads and updates under their own privacy policies. If you've allowed your device to share diagnostics with them, they may show us anonymous crash reports and download totals. These never include your library.
This website
solostageapp.com uses Google Analytics to count visits: pages viewed, approximate location, and device and browser type. Advertising features are off. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off and Google receives only cookieless pings. See Google's privacy policy.
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply to you.
Children
SoloStage collects no personal data from anyone, children included.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
